During these sessions we will both explore your physical body, energetic body, and mental body to create a practice that you can fully benefit from. Combining meditation techniques, pranayama, and asana to create a sequence that you can bring to your mat at home or incorporate into class. It wasn’t until a year after my 200 hour teacher training that I learned the practices I needed for my mind and my body. I finally feel complete after my practices. There are so many techniques and postures that it is impossible for everyone to receive what they might need most to heal, relax, balance, and center in a class of 16 people.
